Additional Details
- Your Satisfaction is Guaranteed – Our memberships are automatically billed to your account on the first of every month. The minimum, non-cancellable, term of your membership is three (3) months and may not be suspended for more than three months per calendar year. After the minimum term, you can cancel anytime. Your membership will be automatically renewed for successive one-month periods unless and until your membership is cancelled. We wish to offer this membership program to our loyal guests as a way to save on your regular patronage of our spa. Simply provide a written, 30-day notice and your card will not be billed again!
- Treatments DO Roll-Over – Your monthly treatment benefits are available at the first of each month and are valid for 90 days, as long as you are an active member. This way, your treatments do not go to waste while you are on vacation or if you are busy.
- Treatment Benefits CAN Be Shared – Your membership is non-transferable and non-refundable, however, in accordance with the rules of The Spas at Orion Membership program, members are welcome to transfer, or “gift,” a membership treatment. Combine this reward with banked treatments, and it’s a spa day for two! (Please note that additional retail and service discounts are limited to the named member only).
- Benefits Do Not Include Gratuity – Membership dues cover the cost of monthly treatments only. Your tips based on full menu pricing are MUCH appreciated by our skilled practitioners. (This won’t go in here until we have memberships available for massages, etc.)
- Valid Credit Card and Email Address is Required – A valid credit card and email address is required for participation in The Spas at Orion Membership programs. Your first month’s membership dues will be due on the date of purchase and then subsequent monthly dues will be due on the same day each month (“Monthly Charge Date”) thereafter until your membership is cancelled. Your credit card is on file, and you will be charged the amount indicated on the Monthly Charge Date.
- Cancellations Must be Made 24 Hours in Advance – Appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance, otherwise the appointment will be considered to have been used and an available Membership or Rollover Treatment will be redeemed from your account. If you do not have an available Treatment in your account, you will be charged 50% of the regular price of the scheduled service.
- Membership Terms Are Subject to Change – The Spas at Orion reserves the right to amend the terms of our membership agreement at any time. We also reserve the right to cancel any membership for any reason and will provide written notice if such changes are made within 30 days.
- Membership Feedback is Welcome – The Spas at Orion welcomes the feedback of our prospective and new members in order to create the ultimate guest service experience. Please let us know if you have additional questions, concerns, or suggestions.
